SHIPPING
Once the payment has been received give us 1-2 working days to carefully prepare your order. Once your order has been dispatched the estimated arrival for deliveries are:
Spain - 1 to 3 working days
European Union - 3 to 7 working days
United States of America - Please contact us if you're interested in placing an order.
Rest of the World - 6 to 12 working days
United Kingdom - Due to Brexit regulations, please contact us if you're interested in placing an order.
Important: For all orders out of the European Union import tax duties are not included in the shipping cost and will have to be paid directly to the international shipping courier upon the delivery of your shipment.
All orders are tracked and will require a signature. These are estimated arrival times, and they may vary. Cyra Aphrodisiacs is not held responsible for customs delays, weather disruptions or transportation strikes.
We would love to be everywhere with you, so if you happen to be in a country that isn't listed for shipping at check out please send us an email contact@cyraaphrodisiacs.com so we can look into the best shipping cost for you.
EXCHANGE
We only accept exchanges of products that are defective or damaged. Exchanges must be notified up to 14 days once your order was placed. In order to be eligible for an exchange the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including it's original packaging.
If you happen to request an exchange please send us an email stating your issue at contact@cyraaphrodisiacs.com along with the payment receipt & order number so we can begin to process your request.
Once we have received and reviewed the products in your order we will get back to you as soon as possible to inform you if your exchange has been accepted.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, but we offer an exchange or a Cyra Aphrodisiacs credit voucher equivalent to the total amount of the order in the case of not wanting an exchange for the same or different product.
NATURAL PRODUCT OCCURRENCES
All our products go through a quality check before packing your order, but unfortunately they are some unforeseeable natural occurrences that may occur. Mitra is an artisan hand poured natural wax candle and it may happen that the wax separates from the glass due to temperature, movement, and pressure change whilst in delivery transit. If this were to happen, do not worry once you start burning Mitra she will warm herself up and stick once again to her habitat.
